Super easy to make and incredibly delicious 😋
Ingredients:
2 cups GF oat flour â €
3 medium bananasâ €
2-4 medjool dates â €
1 cup unsweetened almond milk â €
1/2 tsp alcohol free vanilla extract â €
1 tbsp maple syrupâ €
Fresh fruit - choose your favourites!
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F/180C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.⠀⠀⠀
In a blender, blend the banana,
dates, vanilla extract and almond milk until smooth. Pour into a big bowl and gently stir the oat flour into the mixture.
Pour about 1/2 cup (65 grams) of batter onto a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat.â €

When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden. Then place each one into the oven for another 5-7 minutes.â €

Serve with your favourite fruits and maple syrup.â €
