OAT BANANA PANCAKES

GLUTEN FREE, SOY FREE, OIL FREE, REFINED SUGAR FREE


Super easy to make and incredibly delicious 😋


Ingredients:


2 cups GF oat flour ⠀

3 medium bananas⠀

2-4 medjool dates ⠀

1 cup unsweetened almond milk ⠀

1/2 tsp alcohol free vanilla extract ⠀

1 tbsp maple syrup⠀

Fresh fruit - choose your favourites!








Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 375F/180C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.⠀⠀⠀


In a blender, blend the banana,

dates, vanilla extract and almond milk until smooth. Pour into a big bowl and gently stir the oat flour into the mixture.


Pour about 1/2 cup (65 grams) of batter onto a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat.⠀

When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden. Then place each one into the oven for another 5-7 minutes.⠀

Serve with your favourite fruits and maple syrup.⠀
