MANGO LASSI

GLUTEN FREE | SOY FREE | OIL FREE | REFINED SUGAR FREE


Ingredients:


1/2 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 fresh ripe mango

1 1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1-2 tsp maple syrup

1 date


Instructions:


Cut the juicy flesh off the mango (the riper they are, the better), leaving the seed in the middle and trimming away all the skin.


Place the mango flesh into a blender with the:

  • Coconut cream

  • Coconut milk

  • Frozen mango

  • Cardamom

  • Maple syrup

  • Cinnamon

  • Turmeric

  • Date

Blend until smooth, have a taste, and add a little more maple if needed.


I’ve garnished mine with cacao nibs, goji berries and ⁣desiccated coconut but feel free to use your favourite toppings.
