HOT CACAO WITH CHAGA

GLUTEN FREE | SOY FREE | OIL FREE | REFINED SUGAR FREE


Ingredients:

2-4 Medjool dates

1 1/2 tbsp cacao

1 cup almond milk

1-2 cup water

1 tsp Chaga


Instructions:


Heat up 1/2 cup of water in a pot (low heat) and add the cut dates.


Stir until you get a thick texture.


Add another 1/2 cup water and the cacao - stir for few seconds.


Then add the almond milk (you can choose any plant-based milk).


After a little boil, you can add the Chaga if you decide to include it.


Sprinkle some love on top, take a deep breath and enjoy 🌻
